Radiation safety instructions:

The next safety instruction will be given in German language at the beginning of the block course on March 5, 2018 at 9:00 am in lecture hall E. Arrival in time is mandatory otherwise the attendance cannot be accounted. The next instruction in English language will be on April 12, 2018 at 9:00 am in lecture hall D.

The first safety instruction of the winter term will be given in German language at the beginning of the block course on September 17, 2018 at 9:00 am.

The radiation safety instruction is mandatory for all experiments, where radioactive material or lasers are used. The instructions are valid for one year (new!) and have to be repeated if necessary.

You may start the Advanced Laboratory Course also without a (valid) radiation safety instruction, however, in that case the choice of experiments is strongly reduced. Nevertheless, over the whole lab course every student has to attend the safety instructions at least once.
